Abstract:
Jako téma mojí bakalářeské práce jsem si zvolil "Budování týmů v obchodním řetězci". V teoretické části této práce jsem se zaměřil nejprve na obecné vymezení podnikání obchodních řetězců, jejich klasifikaci, specifika, výhody a nevýhody. Dále jsem zpracoval strategickou analýzu konkrétního obchodního řetězce a to firmy Globus ČR, k.s. Z výsledků této analýzy vyplynula potřeba zlepšení interních procesů …more

As the theme of of my thesis, I chose "Teambuilding in chain store".In the theoretical part of this thesis, I focused first on the general definition of the business of chain stores, their classification, characteristics, advantages and disadvantages.
