Motives of the volunteers in selected nonprofit sector fields

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce „Motivace dobrovolníků ve vybraných oblastech neziskového sektoru“ je zpracována metodou výzkumné sondy do oblasti dobrovolné činnosti a motivace dobrovolníků. První část práce teoreticky vymezuje pojmy dobrovolník, dobrovolnická činnost, motiv a motivace. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na samotnou metodu výzkumné sondy a hledání odpovědi na výzkumnou otázku pomocí dotazníkového šetření a rozhovorů s organizátory akcí. Na závěr se práce věnuje shrnutí dat získaných z dotazníkové šetření a rozhovorů a jejich interpretaci.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis "Motivation of volunteers in selected non-profit sector areas" is elaborated by a method of research sondage into the area of volunteer activities and their motivations. The first part of the thesis theoretically defines the terms a volunteer, a volunteer activity, a motive and motivations. The second part of the thesis focuses on the method of the research sondage itself and on searching an answer to the research question by means of a questionnaire survey and interviews with events organizers. In conclusion, the thesis focuses on summarizing the obtained data from the questionnaire survey and interviews and on their interpretation.
