The recent influence of the credit rating agencies on the status of the selected entities in the EU

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pojednává o historickém vývoji hodnocení vybraných ekonomických subjektů až po současnost. V práci se budu také zabývat analýzou činností ratingových agentur, dále podmínkami pro vydávání ratingů a pravidly registrace a dohledu nad ratingovými agenturami. V neposlední řadě se zaměřím také na vliv vybraných ratingových agentur na chod některých ekonomických subjektů v regionu EU. Tato práce bude sloužit k pochopení problematiky hodnocení ratingových agentur. Práce by měla úspěšně vypovídat o vlivu ratingových agentur na ekonomické subjekty, které stále procházejí světovou krizí.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the historical development of the evaluation of selected businesses to the present. In this work, I will also address the analysis of the activities of credit rating agencies, as well as the conditions for the issuing of credit ratings and the rules of registration and supervision of the credit rating agencies. Finally, we will also focus on the impact of the selected rating agencies in the operation of some businesses in the EU region. This work will serve the understanding of the rating agencies. The work should be completed to testify about the impact of the credit rating agencies to economic subjects that are still in the global crisis.
