Moje magisterská diplomová práce se zabývá strategickým plánováním v neziskové organizaci, konkrétně se jedná o Občanskou poradnu Jihlava. My diploma thesis is dealed with strategic planning in non profits organization, namely in the Citizens Advice Bureau Jihlava. My work is divided in two parts – theoretical and empirical. In the theoretical part of the thesis deals with the history of Advice Bureau Jihlava, I pursue the goals, principles, areas of counseling and financing.
