Organization structure with the associated hazards and their risk management

Abstract:

Každá organizační struktura má vymezené jasné pravomoci, odpovědnosti jednotlivých pracovníků, i když sestavování organizační struktury je z praktického hlediska relativně individuální. Součástí je i riziko, které je každý den kolem nás. Snažíme se ho učit řídit, jako naše životy. A na organizační strukturu podniku, s ní spojená rizika a jejich řízení, se zaměřuje tato diplomová práce. Dělí se na tři části. První dvě spadají do teoretické části, kde jsou představeny typy organizačních struktur a několik základních kroků týkajících se změny organizační struktury. V druhé části je vysvětlen pojem riziko a jeho stručná historie. Dále analýza rizika, měření rizika a kvalitativní metody analýzy rizika. Ve třetí části je představena společnost Kapitol. Dále pracuji se třemi hypotézami, a to se zpětnou vazbou, motivací a rizika s ní související, a s absencí člena pracujícího na vyšším postavení. V závěru jsou doporučena jistá opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení chodu firmy.

Abstract:

Each organization structure has clearly defined powers and responsibilities of individual employees. The formation of organization structure is relatively practical terms individual. The risk is the part of the formation of organization structure and it is around us every day. We try to teach him like our lives. Organization structure with the associated hazards and their (risk) management is focus on this thesis. It is divided on three parts. The first two parts belong to the theoretical part where the organization structure and its changes are introduced. The second part explains the conception of risk and its brief history. Furthermore, risk analysis, risk measurement and qualitative methods of risk analysis. The third part is related to Kapitol. We also work with three hypotheses such as feedback, motivation and its risks, and with the absence of a member working on a higher position. At the close are recommended some measure to remedy the situation.
