Tato diplomová práce se zabývá trhem korporátních dluhopisů v České republice. Práce se zaměřuje zejména na financování podniků pomocí dluhopisů, ale také na obecnou charakteristiku. This thesis deals with the corporate bond market in the Czech Republic. The work focuses mainly on financing companies with bonds, but also on the general characteristics. In the theoretical part, I characterized in detail bonds from the book titles. I mentions legislation, also I characterized it.
