This thesis has been written as a monographic study of silent partnership contract in current and previous legislation and legal practice. It deals both with general topics and specific issues such as contribution of the silent partner, liability for obligations of the entrepreneur or termination of the participation on the enterprise and subsequent settlement and provides their detailed analysis. …more
