Diplomová práce analyzuje proces zabezpečení poprodejních služeb společnosti Iveco Czech Republic. Popisuje tento proces, navrhuje úspory v době finanční krize a řešení, která budou přínosem pro společnost zejména v oblasti ekonomické a hodnoty pro zákazníka.
Abstract:
The thesis analyses proces of after-sales services of company Iveco Czech Republic. It describes this proces,in time of financial crisis recommends saves and solutions, which will be asset for company abouve all in economic field and value for customer.
