Cieľom bakalárskej práce „Regulácia digitálnych platobných služieb“ je porovnanie regulácie platobných služieb vo vybraných krajinách. Prvá časť práce pojednáva o vývoji a stanovuje rozdiel medzi bankovým a nebankovým poskytovateľom platobných služieb. Druhá časť sa zaoberá platnou právnou reguláciou vo vybraných krajinách a následne komparáciou určuje rozdielnosť v prístupe k danému odvetviu. Práca …more
