Escape from reality in the context of long-term PC gaming

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou úniku od reality v souvislosti dlouhodobého hraní počítačových her. Cílem teoretické části je seznámit čtenáře s online prostředím, únikem od reality a počítačovými hrami a přiblížit čtenářům tato témata v souvislosti s možnými motivy, spouštěči, přínosy a riziky. Praktická část se zabývá únikem od reality prostřednictvím počítačových her. Cílem praktické části je zjistit a prozkoumat aspekty vedoucí dospívající k tomu, aby hraní počítačových her využívaly k úniku od reality.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of escape from reality in the context of long-term playing of computer games. The aim of the theoretical part is to introduce the readers to the online environment, escape from reality and computer games and to present these topics in the context of possible motives, triggers, benefits and risks. The practical part deals with the escape from reality through computer games. The aim of the practical part is to identify and explore the aspects that lead adolescents to use computer gaming to escape from reality.
