Imbalance of Energy Intake and Outlay in the Diet of Adults

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje nevyváženosti příjmu a výdeje energie u dospělých osob. Hlav-ním tématem je obezita. Teoretická část popisuje výskyt obezity, faktory jejího vzniku, hodnocení obezity, následky obezity, prevenci a opatření při snižování hmotnosti. Část se zaměřuje i na poruchy příjmu potravy. Praktická část obsahuje popis práce s klientem ve výživové poradně, hodnocení analýzy tělesné kompozice a hodnocení i sestavování nových jídelníčků. Součástí je dotazník, po-mocí kterého se zjišťoval výskyt obezity u dospělé populace, její stravovací návyky a fy-zickou aktivitu.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the imbalance of income and energy distribution in adults. The main topic is obesity. The theoretical part describes the occurrence of obesity, the fac-tors of its origin, the evaluation of obesity, the consequences of obesity, prevention and measures for weight reduction. Part also focuses on eating disorders. The practical part contains a description of the work with the client in nutrition counseling, evaluation of body composition analysis and evaluation and compilation of new meals. It includes a questionnaire that used to find out the prevalence of obesity in adult populations, eating habits and physical activity.
