Abstract:

Moderní technologie se ve světě již hodně změnila. Peníze se stanou elektronickými, převody anonymní, obchodní vize se změní. Umělá inteligence změní strukturu společnosti, krypto jejích finančních operací. Společnosti, které se přizpůsobí rychleji, budou úspěšnější. Cílem práce je dokázat nebo vyvrátit další hypotézu: má moderní technologie skutečný hmatatelný a viditelný dopad na správu a řízení společnosti? A odpovězte na následující výzkumné otázky: Jaké aspekty rámce správy a řízení společností lze změnit technologií blockchain? Jaké jsou současné a budoucí případy použití umělé inteligence v podnikové správě? Jak se nové technologie mohou vyhnout lidskému faktoru? Tento dokument ukáže možné budoucí změny v regulačním rámci a to, jak digitální revoluce ovlivní současnou a blízkou strukturu správy a řízení společností. Protože hlavním cílem správy a řízení společnosti je podpora ekonomické efektivnosti, udržitelného růstu a finanční stability, bude se tato práce zaměřovat na dosažení maximální efektivity jak pro společnost, tak pro akcionáře, s využitím technologického pokroku. K dosažení těchto cílů budou v bakalářské práci použity následující vědecké metody: archivní studie, analýza statistik, případová studie, textové a empirické analýzy. Budou provedeny některé analýzy.

Abstract:

Modern technology has already changed a lot in the world. Money will become electronic, transfers anonymous, business visions will change. Artificial intelligence will change the structure of the company, the crypto of its financial operations. Companies that adapt faster will be more successful. The aim of the work is to prove or disprove the next hypothesis: does modern technology have real tangible and visible impact on corporate governance? And answer the following research questions: What aspects of corporate governance framework can be changed by blockchain technology? What are the current and future use cases of artificial intelligence in corporate governance? How new technologies can avoid the human factor? This paper will show possible future changes in the regulatory framework and how the digital revolution will affect the current and near-future corporate governance structure. As the main goal of corporate governance is to support economic efficiency, sustainable growth and financial stability this thesis will focused on aims at achieving maximum efficiency, both for the company and for shareholders, using technological advances. To achieve these goals, the following scientific methods will be used in the bachelor thesis: archival study, analysis of statistics, case study, textual and empirical analyses. Will be carried out some analyzes.
