Abstract:

Snahou této diplomové práce je přiblížit starobylou techniku skládání papíru - Origami. Ačkoli je to disciplína velmi stará, do popředí zájmu matematiků nastoupila nedávno. Za použití matematického aparátu geometrie a algebry je hlavní snahou popsat proces skládání, modelování a poukázat na některé výhody tohoto druhu matematické disciplíny. Na začátku nastíníme historii vzniku origami, kde dojdeme k překvapivým závěrům. Celou teorii vybudujeme na sedmi pravidlech, která jsou tradicionálně považována za axiomy. Následující kapitoly budeme věnovat algoritmům pro dělení papíru na n-sekce, které nám budou vodítkem pro řešení Antických úloh. V poslední části nakonec vyzkoušíme skládání tradičního jeřába, kde zjistíme, že origami není jednoduchou záležitostí.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to describe the ancient technique of paper folding - Origami. Although this is a very old discipline, to the forefront of mathematicians joined recently. Using mathematical topology, geometry and algebra is a major effort to describe the process of composing, modeling, and point out some advantages of this mathematical discipline. At the beginning we will outline the history of origami, where we come to surprising conclusions. The whole theory we will build on seven rules, which are considered of tradition axioms. The following chapters will be devoted to algorithms for cutting paper on n-section, which will guide us to solve ancient problems. In the last section we will try fold the traditional crane, where we find that origami is not a simple matter.
