Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na management rizik vybraných hlavních transformačních procesů stavební firmy. Jedná se o proces „Tvorba návrhu na realizaci zakázky“ a na něj navazující proces „Realizace stavební zakázky“. This work is aimed to manage risk assesmenet of main transformation processes of a construction company. The process is "Creating a Contract for Implementation", which is followed by process "Implementation of the Construction Order".
