Práca sa zaoberá vývojom rozširujúcich modulov pre aplikáciu HTML Extract určenú pre poloautomatickú extrakciu dát z HTML. Praktickým výsledkom práce je implementácia dvoch nových modulov: modul pre automatizáciu vyhľadávania webových stránok pomocou internetových vyhľadávačov a modul pre extrakciu dát do formátu OpenOffice ODT.
