Concept of shape solution furniture including experimentation with using the technology of 3D copy mill machines
Abstract:
Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám výrobní technologií nábytku (spadající do kategorie strojní tvarové obrábění dřeva) s využitím kopírovací frézky pracujících podle trojrozměrných šablon. Výsledkem je ukázka tvarování dřeva na části mnou navrženého nábytku (stolu), doplněného ručně vyráběnými šablonami jakožto ukázkou výrobního postupu.
Abstract:
My bachelor thesis deals with the production technology of furniture (belonging to the class of machine shape processing of wood) using the copy milling machine working according to a three-dimensional template. This technology is demonstrated on the shaping of a wood detail on a piece of furniture (the table). This is complemented by handmade templates as an example of the manufacturing process.
