Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o přijetí nabídky ve vztahu ke kontraktaci mezi podnikateli. Práce je rozdělena do dvou části, první část je zaměřena na teorii a druhá část na praktický rozbor modelového příkladu. This bachelor thesis deals with acceptance of offer in relation to B2B contracting. The thesis is divided into two parts, the first part is focused on theory and the second part on practical analysis of model example.
