Předkládaná diplomová práce seznamuje čtenáře s právní regulací výroby elektrické energie z obnovitelných zdrojů. Rovněž podává výklad o kontraktaci v rámci dodávky investičního celku, kterým je fotovoltaická elektrárna. Abstract:
The presented thesis introduces a state of legal regulation of a renewable energy production. It also gives explantation on contractual proceedings in relation to photovoltaic plant supply. It deals with public law issues marginally and mainly it is focused on a contract on work and financing such work with external subject such as banks.
