Prevention of burnout syndrom among workers participating in the resocialization of convicts

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská diplomová práce se zabývá tématem: Prevence syndromu vyhoření u pracovníků podílejících se na resocializaci odsouzených. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak pracovníci podílející se na resocializaci odsouzených vnímají možnosti prevence syndromu vyhoření. To se zaměřením na vnímání rizika vzniku vyhoření, vlastní ochranu před vyhořením a vnímání podpory ze strany zaměstnavatele. Teoretická část se zabývá nejprve identifikací pracovníka podílejícího se na resocializaci odsouzených, dále samotným syndromem vyhoření a v neposlední řadě prevencí vzniku. Empirická část představuje výsledky výzkumu, které reflektují pohled pracovníků na možnosti prevence syndromu vyhoření.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic: Prevention of burnout syndrome among workers participating in the resocialization of convicts. The aim of this thesis is to find out how the workers that are involved in the resocialization of convicts perceive the possibilities of prevention of burnout syndrome. With the main focus on the perception of the risk of burnout, self-protection against burnout, and the perception of support from the employer. The theoretical part deals, first of all, with the identification of the worker participating in the resocialization of convicts, then with the burnout syndrome itself, and last but not least, the prevention of its occurrence. The empirical part presents the results of research that reflect the view of workers on the possibilities of prevention of burnout syndrome.
