The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to explore possibilities of collection of surface enhanced Raman scattering from nanoelectrospray plume, using a rhodamine B isothiocyanate and rhodamine 6G as model analytes. Cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce je preskúmanie možností snímania povrchom zosilneného Ramanovho rozptylu z obláčika nanoelektrospreja, využívajúc pri tom rodamín B isotiokyanát a rodamín 6G ako modelové analyty. Práca sa venuje výrobe sprejovacích špičiek, syntézou strieborných nanočastíc, optimalizáciou podmienok nanoelektrosprejovania a zberom Ramanovho signálu z kvapky a z obláčika. Zo získaných …more
