Acne vulgaris je chronické zánětlivé onemocnění pilosebaceózní jednotky kůže, vznikající vlivem několika faktorů. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá rolí Cutibacterium acnes v patogenezi acne vulgaris, jelikož podle novějších studií je tvorba biofilmu C. acnes v pilosebaceózní jednotce hlavním faktorem iniciujícím rozvoj tohoto onemocnění. Acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory disease of the pilosebaceous unit of the skin, caused by various factors.
