Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá verifikací metod prováděných v režimu POCT na pracovištích ARK 1, ARK 2 a na I. CHIRK FN USA. Součástí práce bylo stanovení kombinované nejistoty měření a porovnatelnost metod POCT analyzátorů s metodami prováděnými na OKB FN USA.
