Abstract:
Předložená absolventská práce pojednává o propouštění zaměstnanců a outplacementu. V práci je zhodnocena každodenní práce personalistů, současná legislativa zákoníku práce. V samostatné kapitole je řešena legislativa hromadného propouštění. Na základě dotazníkového šetření, byl zhodnocen současný stav využívání outplacementu v praxi.
Abstract:
This thesis is focused on the topics of dismissal and outplacement. Within the text, there is an evaluation of daily routine of human resources officers. An individual chapter is dedicated to the legislation of dismissal. Based on the questionare results there is an evaluation of current usage of outplacement in the companies.
