Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem programového řízení několika projektů organizace Stavovská unie studentů Západočeské univerzity. Cílem práce je nejdříve analyzovat současný stav řízení programu, zhodnotit ho a poté navrhnout možná zlepšení. V prvních dvou kapitolách tak najdeme charakteristiku organizace a její strategický záměr. Ten obsahuje představení mise, vize a dlouhodobých cílů. Dále tvorbu strategie programu, která vychází z provedené analýzy prostředí. Ve třetí kapitole je uveden teoretický základ k pojmům projekt, program, portfolio, řízení programu a řízení rizik. Čtvrtá a pátá kapitola popisuje současný stav programu i projektů v něm, a také detailní postup při plánování programu na rok 2021. Ten se skládá ze sestavené organizační struktury, matice odpovědností, časového harmonogramu a seznamu rizik. Poslední kapitola porovnává teoretické poznatky s informacemi o fungování programu ve Stavovské unii studentů Západočeské univerzity. Závěrem jsou sepsané zjištěné nedostatky a doporučení jejich nápravy pro zvýšení efektivity.

Abstract:

This master's thesis observes the topic of program management of numerous projects from organization Stavovská unie studentů university of West Bohemia. The main goal of this thesis is to analyse current state of the program management, its evaluation and proposition of possible improvements. In the first two parts we can find organization description and its strategic intention. The strategic intention contains representation of the mission, vision and long-term goals. Furthermore, creation of strategic program which is based on performed analysis of the environment. In the third part there are theoretical definitions for project, program, portfolio, program and risk management. Fourth and fifth parts describe current state of program, its related projects and detailed planning approach for this year. This plan is based on organization chart, matrix of responsibilities, road map and list of risks. The last part compares theoretical knowledge to information about real progress of this program in Stavovská unie studentů university of West Bohemia. In the end there are listed identified defects and recommendation for efficiency increase.
