Tato práce navrhuje a implementuje programátorské rozhraní vhodné pro vytváření obecných topologií virtuálních sítí v cloudovém prostředí, konkrétně nad platformou OpenNebula, kterou i podrobněji popisuje. Pro věrné napodobení vlastností reálných sítí pro účely testování, výuky a simulace je také nutné vytváření point-to-point propojení mezi virtualizovanými stroji. This thesis designs and implements application programming interface suitable for creating arbitrary topologies of virtual networks in cloud, specifically for OpenNebula, which it also describes in detail.
