Diplomová práca sa zameriava na zlepšenie priebehu denného scrum mítingu v IT firme. Práca analyzuje kvalitu a každodenné výzvy, ktoré denný míting prináša a takisto pojednáva o možnosti vylepšenia momentálne používaných nástrojov. The thesis is aimed to improve the experience with the daily scrum event used in IT company. It analyzes the quality and everyday challenges of the daily meetings and also deals with the possibility to fill the gap in tooling used by the different teams.
