Bakalářská práce se zabývá vyhodnocením hypotečního trhu v ČR. V první části je vymezena právní úprava a regulace hypotečních úvěrů. Dále jsou charakterizovány jejich jednotlivé parametry. The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the mortgage market in the Czech Republic. In the first part is defined the legislation and regulation of mortgage loans.
