Testing usability of internet banking in student's bank-accounts in the Czech republic
Abstract:
Práce popisuje problematiku použitelnosti uživatelského rozhraní internetového bankovnictví. Na základě testování internetového bankovnictví a zjištěných nedostatků jsou v práci uvedeny návrhy ke zlepšení použitelnosti stránek. Výsledkem je návrh vhodně uživatelsky přístupného rozhraní internetového bankovnictví.
Abstract:
This work describe to questions of usability of internet banking. In terms of testing internet banking and locating defects are in this work show changes, which will help with better usability. In outcome is there the proposal of suitable user interface of internet banking.
