This bachelor thesis deals with a concept of teambuilding in companies in The Czech Republic. The aim of this thesis is to analyze and assess utility and contribution of teambuilding activities in Czech companies, and to emphasize its advantages and flaws. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá pojetím teambuildingu ve společnostech v České Republice. Cílem práce je analyzovat a zhodnotit využitelnost a přínosy teambuildingových aktivit v českých společnostech a zdůraznit jejich výhody a nedostatky.
