Abstract:
Práce pojednává o ustavení Místního národního výboru v Blansku v roce 1945 a o jeho vývoji do května 1946, kdy proběhly parlamentní volby, podle jejichž výsledků byla provedena rekonstrukce místního národního výboru, stejně jako všech národních výborů v Československu. Práce také stručně nastiňuje obecný vývoj vytváření národních výborů a jejich institucionalizaci.

My bachelor thesis deals with the establishment of the Local People's Committee in Blansko in 1945 and its development until May 1946, when the parliament election took place and due to its result the reconstruction of the Local People's Committee as well as of all People's Committees in Czechoslovakia was accomplished.
