Diplomová práce je stručným rozborem vývoje správního řízení vedeného v činnosti katastru nemovitostí po nové a zásadní legislativní úpravě započaté v roce 2014. Teoretická část obsahuje historický průřez vývoje evidence nemovitostí v České republice, popis současného právního rámce, změny obsahu a odlišnosti ve správní praxi.
