Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá procesom poskytovania hypotekárneho úveru vo vybranej komerčnej banke. Prvá kapitola charakterizuje bankové úvery poskytované komerčnými bankami, ich členenie, náležitosti poskytovania, zameriava sa aj na legislatívnu úpravu hypotekárneho bankovníctva.
