Bakalářská práce se věnuje paradoxu fikce spojenému se čtením beletrie. Hlavní vysvětlení čerpá z eseje How can we be moved by the fate of Anna Karenina? od autorů Colina Radforda a Michaela Westona. Záměrem práce je nejen vysvětlit podle zmíněné eseje vnímání fikce čtenářem, ale především popsat objektivní vlastnosti děl, které napomáhají uvěřitelnosti narativu. The bachelor work is focusing on the paradox of fiction connected with reading fiction. The main explanation draws on essay How can we be moved by the fate of Anna Karenina? by authors Colin Radford and Michael Weston.
