Odstránenie zahmlenia sa používa v mnohých odvetviach na vylepšenie kvality digitálnych obrazových dát poškodených vplyvom prostredia. Dehazing is used in many areas to improve the quality of digital image data that is degraded by the influence of the environment. Particles present in water combined with the uneven absorption of light create even more challenging problem when dehazing is applied to underwater scenes.
