Control and management public administrations in the city district capital city of Prague

Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je management veřejné správy v městské části hlavního města Prahy. Reformy veřejné správy v České republice po roce 1989 se pochopitelně odrazily i v organizaci veřejné správy v hlavním městě Praze. Pozornost je zaměřena především na fungování územní samosprávy a zejména na propojení veřejné správy městské části v rámci fiskální decentralizace municipalit prostřednictvím rozpočtu. Část této bakalářské práce je věnována též implementaci moderních metod do řízení městské části a zvyšování odbornosti pracovníků úřadu.

Abstract:

The theme of this bachelor´s thesis is management of public administration in the municipal district of the capital city of Prague. Public administration reform in the Czech Republic after 1989, of course, also reflected in the organization of public administration in the capital city of Prague. Attention is focused on the functioning of local government and in particular the linking of urban governance in the context of fiscal decentralization through municipal budget. Part of this thesis has also focused on the implementation of modern methods in the management of the municipal distict and improving of the professionalism of office workers.
