Abstract:
Úmluva o kazetové munici vstoupila v platnost v roce 2010. Úmluva zakazuje výrobu, skladování a přepravu kazetové munice. Autorka aplikuje teorii kontroly zbrojení Stuart Crofta a konfrontuje prezentovanou typologii s aktuálním stavem mezinárodní kontroly zbrojení, kterou představuje Úmluva o kazetové munici. The convention on Cluster Munitions came into force in 2010. The Convention prohibits the production, holding and transfer of cluster munitions. The author applies the theory of arms control by Stuart Croft and tries to confront Croft’s typology with current state of international arms control, presented by the Convention on Cluster Munitions.
