Abstract:
Bakalářská práce „Ústavní a politický vývoj v Československu v letech 1948-1956“ se věnuje vývoji právního a politického prostředí v Československu v období vzniku tzv. lidově demokratického zřízení. Dále se zabývá vznikem a popisem ústavy z roku 1948 a procesem právnické dvouletky, jehoţ cílem byla transformace a kodifikace celého československého právního řádu.
Abstract:
The Bachelor thesis “Constitutional and political developments in Czechoslovakia, 1948-1956” describes the development of the legal and political environment in Czechoslovakia during the establishment of the people's democratic system.
