Body of a joint stock company
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis deals with body of a joint stock company. The first chapter is focused on theoretical explanation of body of a joint stock company and brief characteristics of a joint stock company itself. In the second part we analyze legal regulations inside body of a joint stock company. In the third part there is a practical example.
Abstract:
Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá orgánmi akciovej spoločnosti. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na teoretický výklad orgánov akciovej spoločnosti a stručnú charakteristiku akciovej spoločnosti. Druhá kapitola analyzuje právnu úpravu orgánov akciovej spoločnosti. Tretia kapitola obsahuje praktický príklad.
