Rozvojová spolupráce je plnohodnotnou součástí zahraniční politiky České republiky. V první části se práce věnuje jejímu vývoji. Důrazem je kladen na Zambii, která je dlouhodobým příjemcem české rozvojové pomoci. Development cooperation is a fully-fledged part of the foreign policy of the Czech Republic. The first part of the thesis deals with its overall evolution. The emphasis is on Zambia, a long-term recipient of Czech development aid.
