Předložená práce je zaměřena na stručný přehled metod hmotnostní spektrometrie, pomocí kterých lze identifikovat a kvantifikovat proteiny v biologickém vzorku. This thesis is focused on brief summary of mass spectrometric methods applied for identification and quantification of proteins in biological sample.
