Studie je zaměřena na aktuální otázky trhu práce v rámci EU. Cílem práce je: a) Postihnout základní vývojové trendy, jejich vzájemné souvislosti a pokusit se nastínit budoucí vývoj. b) Identifikovat základní problémy a nalézt možná řešení. c) Formulovat doporučení pro subjekty na českém trhu práce. Dissertation deals with current issues of EU labour market. There is focused on: a) identifying the main trends on the European labour market, b) identifying the fundamental problems in order to find appropriate solutions.
