Shortening the time rebuilding
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou seřizování CNC soustruhu ve firmě Seco group a.s. Cílem práce je nalezení časových úspor při této činnosti. V teoretické části se práce věnuje uvedení čtenáře do problematiky štíhlé výroby a vysvětlení použitých metod. Praktická část je věnována analýze současného stavu, výpočtu koeficientu CEZ a navržení variant vylepšení.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis focuses on the setup analysis of CNC lathing machine in Seco group a.s. The main goal is to find time saving during this operation. The theoretical part of this work focuses on the field of Lean manufacturing and explains used methods. The practical part is focused on the current state analysis, calculation on the OEE and designing improvement variants.
