Abstract:
Cílem předkládané bakalářské práce bylo analyzovat institut žaloby na neplatnost co do jeho významu a postavení v rámci práva EU. V rámci toho byla osvětlena pozice jednotlivce, zaznamenán vývoj judikatury s ohledem na změny přinesené Lisabonskou smlouvou a byl podroben srovnání s obdobnými instituty národního (českého) práva. The aim of the submitted thesis was to analyze the institute of the Action for Annulment to its importance and position within the European Union Law. In this aspect, the light was shed on the position of individual, on the developlment of case law with respect to changes brought by Lisbon Treaty and it was compared with similiar institutes of national (Czech) law.
