Abstract:

Bakalářská práce „Rozpočtová pravidla a rozpočtová skladba, účetnictví obcí“ se věnuje, jak již z názvu vyplývá, rozpočtovému procesu a účetnictví územně samosprávných celků. První část práce poskytuje přehled o základních informacích týkající se územně samosprávných celků, jejich působnosti, hospodaření, rozpočtovém procesu, účetnictví a kontrole. Druhá část se zaměřuje na účetní výkazy města Neratovice konkrétně pak na sestavení textové části účetního výkazu přílohy za rok 2007. Cílem této práce je vypracovat manuál, který by mohl být použit v praxi nejen jako pomocný materiál při výkonu mé práce, ale i jako zdroj pro získání základních informací budoucích pracovníků v oblasti veřejné správy či pro ty, kteří by se o tuto oblast zajímali.

Abstract:

The title of this bachelor thesis is "The budget rules and budget structure, the municipal accounting". It studies the budget process as well as the accounting of the municipal units. The first part of the thesis overviews the basic information about the municipal units, its functions and economy, it analyzes the budget process, accounting and controlling. The second part focuses on the accounting report of the town of Neratovice, mainly on creating the text part of the accounting report for the year 2007. The goal of this thesis is to create a manual which can be used not only as a support tool in my own job but also as a source of the elementary information for potential new employees of municipal offices, public service offices or anybody else who would be interested in this sort of information.
