Cílem této práce je popsat problematiku procesního a krizového řízení a seznámit čtenáře s řešením krizové situace na úrovni krizového štábu. Z tohoto důvodu práce blíže popisuje procesní a krizové řízení. Dále se práce zabývá složkami patřícími do krizového štábu a popisuje jejich funkci a strukturu s odkazem na příslušné zákony.
