Protection of Historical Landscape Structures in Area development plans

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá problematikou historických krajinných struktur (dále HKS), jakožto pozůstatků historické lidské činnosti v krajině. V rámci literární rešerše je zkoumána pro-blematika identifikace a ochrany HKS a také vztah HKS ke krajinnému rázu. Na základě zjištěných poznatků jsou formulována obecná doporučení pro ochranu HKS v ČR. V rešeršní části jsou rovněž zahrnuty pohledy několika autorů na typologii HKS, pomocí kterých je umožněno logicky a přehledně identifikované HKS třídit. Součástí teoretické základny jsou také témata týkající se šetrného rozvoje území. V následující části jsou pro-vedeny analýzy primární, sekundární a terciární krajinné struktury ve vybraném modelo-vém území a rozbor územně plánovacích podkladů a dokumentací. Pozornost je zde věno-vána změnám krajinné struktury v čase, na základě čehož jsou identifikovány dochované HKS. Identifikaci HKS předchází studium historického vývoje území z dostupných literár-ních pramenů a archiválií. Cenný podklad pro identifikaci HKS představují zejména histo-rické mapové podklady a mapy zachycující současný stav území. Za účelem přehledné evi-dence identifikovaných dochovaných i zaniklých HKS jsou HKS katalogizovány a zakresleny do mapového podkladu. V katalogu jsou obsaženy údaje o HKS, včetně současného stavu zjištěného terénním průzkumem, současné a navrhované ochrany a fotodokumentace. Návrhová část je zaměřena na změny uspořádání krajiny.

Abstract:

This work deals with the issue of historical landscape structures (hereinafter reffered to as the HLS), as remnants of historical human activity in the landscape. The literature search examines the issues of identification and protection of HLS and the relationship of HLS to the landscape character. Based on the findings, general recommendations for the pro-tection of HLS in the Czech Republic are formulated. The research part also includes the views of several authors on the typology of HLS, with which it is possible to sort logically and clearly identified HLS. The theoretical basis also includes topics related to the gentle development of the territory. The following section analyzes the primary, secondary and tertiary landscape structure in a selected model area and analyzes the spatial planning documents and documentation. Attention is paid here to changes in the landscape structure over time, on the basis of which the preserved HLS are identified. The identifica-tion of HLS is preceded by the study of the historical development of the area from avai-lable literary sources and archives. A valuable basis for the identification of HLS are main-ly historical maps and maps depicting the current state of the area. For the purpose of clear registration of identified preserved and extinct HLS, HLS are cataloged and drawn in the map. The catalog contains data on HLS, including the current state found by field re-search, current and proposed protection and photo documentation. The following design part is focused on changes in the layout of the landscape.
