Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na státní rozpočty České a Slovenské republiky. Nejprve je popsán legislativní proces, státní rozpočet a jeho složky. Následně jsou porovnány legislativní procesy schvalování státního rozpočtu České a Slovenské republiky, dále jsou rozebrány státní rozpočty za rok 2022 a jejich struktura. This bachelor thesis is focused on state budgets of the Czech and Slovak republics. At first legislative procedure is described, then the state budget and its parts. Next up the legislative processes for approving the state budget of the Czech and Slovak Republics are compared, then the 2022 state budgets and their structure are analysed.
