Nursing Process in Care of Patient after Surgery Femoral Neck Fracture

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na ošetřovatelský proces v péči o pacienta po operaci zlomeniny krčku stehenní kosti. Zlomenina krčku stehenní kosti patří v pokročilém věku mezi velmi časté úrazy, které mohou pacienta ohrozit i na životě a je nutná hospitalizace ve zdravotnickém zařízení. Cílem práce je vytvoření názorného plánu ošetřovatelské péče vycházejícího z ošetřovatelských diagnóz NANDA - International taxonomie II. u pacienta po operaci zlomeniny krčku stehenní kosti. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část obsahuje dvě kapitoly. První kapitola věnuje pozornost zlomeninám krčku stehenní kosti - charakteristika onemocnění, příčiny vzniku, mechanismus vzniku, typy zlomenin krčku a jejich klasifikace, příznaky a diagnostika, terapie, následné komplikace a prognóza onemocnění. Druhá kapitola se zabývá specifikou ošetřovatelské péče u pacienta s diagnózou zlomenina krčku stehenní kosti - příjem pacienta, předoperační péče, pooperační péče, rehabilitace, ergoterapie, edukace pacienta, plánování propuštění a lázeňská péče. Další část práce ? praktická část se věnuje vypracování ošetřovatelského procesu u pacientky ve věku 76 let s operačním řešením zlomeniny krčku stehenní kosti formou totální endoprotézy (dále již jen TEP) levého kyčelního kloubu. Ošetřovatelský proces vychází ze stanovených ošetřovatelských diagnóz NANDA ? International taxonomie II., které se vztahují ke konkrétním potřebám jedince. Shrnuje předoperační, intraoperační a pooperační dobu.

Abstract:

My work focuses on a nursing process at the patient after surgery of fracture of the femur neck. The fracture of the femur neck is a frequent injury among elderly people. This kind of fracture may endanger the patient `s life and that is way the hospitalization is needed. The goal of my work is to create an illustrative plan of the nursing care which comes from the nursing diagnosis NANDA- the International taxonomy II. My work is divided into two parts. There is a theoretic and a practical part. The theoretic part contains two chapters. The first one gives attention to the fractures of femur neck- characteristics, how and why these fractures happen, types of fractures and their classification, symptoms, diagnosing, therapy, consecutive complications and the prognosis of this disease. The second chapter is about specifics of nursing care about people with this diagnose - hospitalization, preoperative and postoperative care, rehabilitation, occupation therapy, education of the patients, leaving the hospital and care about patients in the health-resorts. The practical part elaborates the nursing process for seventy-six years old woman after femoral head ostectomy of her left hip joint. The nursing process comes from nursing diagnosis NANDA which refer to the particular needs and gives a summary of preoperative, operative and postoperativecare.
