Mezi elicitiny patří kryptogein – malý holoprotein sekretovaný oomycetami rodu Phytophthora, jež je schopen vyvolat rezistenci u celé řady rostlinných druhů. V diplomové práci byly exprimovány tři mutantní formy proteinu kryptogeinu (K39T, K61T/K62T, K94T) pomocí metody místně řízené mutageneze, kdy došlo k záměně lyzinových zbytků za threonin. Abstract:
Cryptogein belongs among elicitors, it is a small holoprotein secreted by the oomycete Phytophthora and in plants it is able to induce systemic acquired resistance. In this thesis three new cryptogein mutants (K39T, K61T/K62T a K94T) with substitution of lysine residue for threonin residue were prepared by site-directed mutagenesis.
