Identification of employees with a company in a concrete example

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem Identifikace zaměstnance se zaměstnavatelem. Cílem práce je zjistit, do jaké míry jsou zaměstnanci konkrétní organizace identifikováni se svým zaměstnavatelem, a také to, co k jejich identifikaci nejvíce přispívá. Diplomová práce je členěna na teoretickou a empirickou část. Jádrem teoretické části je poskytnutí teoretického rámce identifikace zaměstnance se zaměstnavatelem, a dále teoretický popis jednotlivých indikátorů, které se na identifikace významně podílí. Empirická část zahrnuje představení organizace XY, a dále kvantitativní výzkum zaměřený na identifikaci zaměstnanců se zaměstnavatelem, který byl v této organizaci proveden.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with employee identification with employer. The aim of this thesis is to find out, if, and how much are the employees of a concrete organisation identified with their employer, and what is the most important factor influencing their identification. This thesis consists of two parts, theoretetical and empirical. The core of the theoretical part is the introduction of the theoretical background connected with employee identification. This also focuses on particular factors influencing employee identification. Empirical part contents intriduction of the XY company, and a quantitative research focused on employee identification, which was implementet in this company.
